Can I cancel my order?

Whether you can cancel depends on how far along your order is. Once the canteen starts preparing your food, it can't be cancelled — but here's exactly what to expect at each stage.

⏳ Pending — Cancellation possible

Your order is placed but the canteen hasn't started preparing it yet. Go to My Orders, find your order, and contact canteen staff to request a cancellation. Act fast — this window is short.

👨‍🍳 Preparing — Cannot cancel

The kitchen has started making your food. At this point cancellation is no longer possible — ingredients have already been used.

🔔 Ready — Cannot cancel

Your order is sitting at the counter waiting for you. Please collect it promptly to avoid food waste.

✅ Collected — Order complete

The QR token has been scanned and the order is closed.

📋 How to request a cancellation

Currently, cancellations during the Pending window must be requested directly with canteen staff at the counter. Show them your order number from the My Orders page and they can cancel it on the admin panel.

⚠️ Repeatedly placing and cancelling orders may affect your account. Please only order what you intend to collect.
