How do I preorder a meal?
Preordering with CanteenBitez takes less than 2 minutes. Browse the day's menu, pick your items, choose a pickup slot, and walk straight to the counter — no queue, no waiting.
Create an account or log in
Head to canteenbitez.test/signup and register with your name and a password. If you already have an account, just log in.
Browse today's menu
On your dashboard you'll see all meals and snacks available today — set by the canteen admin each morning. Switch between the Meals and Snacks tabs to explore options.
Add items to your cart
Tap Add + next to any item. You can increase or decrease quantities directly. A floating cart button appears at the bottom showing how many items you've added.
Choose your pickup time slot
In your cart, select a pickup slot from the dropdown (e.g. 12:10–12:20). This tells the canteen when to have your food ready.
Pay & generate your QR token
Tap Pay & Generate QR Token. Your order is saved instantly and the admin can see it right away. You'll receive a unique QR code for your order.
Pick up your order
At your chosen time, go to the canteen counter and show your QR code. The staff will scan it, hand over your food, and mark your order as collected — done!
